Terms and Conditions

Your access to the Data Centre is subject to the following conditions:

1. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premise.
2. Foods and beverages are prohibited within the premise.
3. Alcohol, controlled substances, firearms, and explosives are not permitted.
4. All visitors must check-in at building entrance and 14/F. Government issued photo ID is required.
5. No recording or photo taking is allowed.
6. The premise is under 24 hours video surveillance.
7. Visitors must leave all common areas clean after use.
8. All visitors must check-out at both 14/F and 1/F before leaving and return issued badge(s).
9. All work visits, inbound shipments and outbound shipments must be scheduled 24 hours in advance via customer portal.
