All delivery should be accompanied at all time by authorized person filed in advance. neuCentrIX will not be responsible for disposal of packing materials including wooden pallet and the associated cartoon box.

neuCentrIX will refuse any shipment which is:

• Not filed in advance via customer portal
• Sent COD
• Unidentified or contains hazardous materials
